Mondays

9:00 am – 10:00 am: Gentle Yoga with Kelsey

10:30am – 11:30am: Yoga with Kelsey (Mixed Levels)

 

5:30pm – 6:30pm: Beginners Yoga with Christine (All Levels)

7:00pm – 8:00pm: Yoga with Christine (Mixed Levels)

 

Wednesdays

Instructions in English/Spanish

5:30 pm – 6:30 pm: Yoga with Leo (Beginners)

7  pm – 8 pm: Yoga with Leo (Restorative)

Thursdays

Tai Chi

5.30 PM to 6.30 PM Tai Chi with Bunhong
7 PM to 8 PM Tai chi with Bunhong

 

 

Fridays

12:00 pm – 1:00 pm: Yoga with Christine (Beginners)

1:30pm – 2:30pm: Gentle Yoga with Christine (All Levels)

4:00pm – 5:00pm: Vinyasa Flow 1 with Christine (Intermediate)

5:00pm – 6:00pm: Vinyasa Flow 2 with Christine (Advanced)

Saturdays

9:00am – 10:00am: Beginner Yoga with Kelsey (All Levels)

10:30am – 11:30am: Yoga with Kelsey (All Levels)

12:00pm – 1:00pm: Vinyasa Flow with Kelsey (Mixed Levels)
